What to include

• Payments and refunds: the date and amount of the payment. See the refund policy.
• A letter that didn’t arrive: the delivery date and the recipient’s email address.
• Privacy requests: what you’d like to see, correct or delete. You can also delete your account yourself from the Credits page.
• Reporting misuse: if you received a letter that is abusive, threatening or spam, forward it to us. We act on reports within 24 hours and can block your address from future letters.

Grievance officer

Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, complaints can be sent to our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
