Delivery policy

Hello Dear Future is an online service. Nothing physical is shipped: you buy credits, and your letters are delivered by email.

Credits

Credits appear in your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few seconds. If they haven’t appeared after 30 minutes, email Kapivic.core@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out.

Letters

• You choose a delivery date between 1 month and 50 years ahead. Dates are in India Standard Time.
• Letters go out on the morning of that date (from about 8 AM IST). If something delays sending, we retry several times that day and on the following days until it’s delivered.
• Each recipient gets their own email with the letter and any photos attached. Copies to yourself go to the email address of your Google account.
• You can see the status of every letter, and of each recipient, on My letters.

If a letter doesn’t arrive

• Ask the recipient to check their spam or promotions folder, and to add our sending address to their contacts.
• If an address no longer exists or rejects the email, we can’t deliver to it. The letter is still delivered to everyone else on it.
• If no one could receive it because of a problem on our side, we’ll restore the credits (see refunds & cancellations).
